Finley (Lynn)'s Story
After Madison, went to NYCity Community College, got a degree in Medical Technology, continued at NYU, again in Medical Technology, got another degree. Got married, lived in a very funky apartment in Park Slope, got a job (in Medical Technology of course - Clinical Chemistry) first at NYU Medical Center, then the New York Hospital/Cornell Med. Center (I think it's now the Presbyterian - Cornell Weill?) on York and 1st Ave.

-Tech where over the many years, have made artificial hearts, atrial and dental implants; been a chemist, a Manufacturing Engineer in diagnostic manufacturing; worked for many years in Quality Assurance in mostly Pharmaceutical Mfg. side of bio-tech, under many umbrellas - document reviewer, corporate GMP trainer, Compliance Auditer and Q.A. Compliance Manager.
Was kinda forced into retirement in 2008, when I lost my job, and gave up looking for another. I mostly keep busy these days doing a bit of volunteer work, taking walks with friends around various beautiful bay view trails (I live in Emeryville, literally in SF Bay on a manmade small peninsula - yeah it's kinda scary during earthquakes), currently raising a new kitty to the dismay of my grown cat, love going to the movies, live music (mostly blues, rock n' roll, bluegrass), museums, cooking for friends, eating out. Ooo-o , this is beginning to sound like a dating profile.
That's a quick summary.
